Wood plastic composite board is a new type of composite material which is developed in recent years at home and abroad。
More than 35% – 70% of wood flour, rice husk, straw and other waste plant fibers are mixed into new wood materials, and then extruded, molded, injection molded and other plastic processing technologies are used to produce plates or profiles. Mainly used in building materials, furniture, logistics packaging and other industries. It is called extruded wood plastic composite board that the plastic and wood powder are mixed in a certain proportion and then formed by hot extrusion.
WPC Foam Boards are manufactured in accordance with advanced industrial standard; these boards are accurate in dimensions, extremely robust and precisely finished. Products offered by us are carefully tested & inspected by our Quality Control team at all stages of production for ensuring defect free product delivery to our consumers
WPC boards can be directly applicable due to its stunning finished & technical solidify surface properties in compare to even high pressure laminate applied surfaces. WPC foam boards can be print directly & UV coated for surface beautification. UV treatment on the surface provides an extended life in compare to HPL coated surfaces of Plywood, MDF & Particle boards.
WPC Foam Boards are available in size of 1220mm X 2440mm (4ft.x8ft.) and thickness ranges from 5mm to 20mm with a variety of colours can be made available for various direct applications
